I’ll show you how I’d approach it. I’ll explain the tools I’d use and might even give you a quick demo to prove I can fix it—without giving away the solution.

If we’re aligned, you’ll get an agreement and a payment link to kick off a paid assessment.

Step 3: Paid Assessment

Agreement signed. Deposit secured (33%–50%).


We then schedule a series of 60-minute
sessions—one per department for larger teams or focused assessments for solopreneurs.

These calls are diagnostic—not coaching.


You’ll walk away knowing exactly what’s draining your time, breaking your systems, or slowing your growth.

Step 4: Strategy Plan

You’ll receive a full Key Findings Report, value mapping, a workflow overview, and a

custom roadmap to streamline, automate, and scale.

Your final payment is collected, and we talk through next steps: whether you implement internally or bring me in for deeper execution support.

Step 5: Implementation & Action Call

Now we build.

We schedule an Implementation Action Call to review agreements for services like

  • AI chatbot builds

  • Tool training workshops

  • Prompt engineering sessions

  • Retainer consulting

  • Concierge services for complex rollouts


Setup fees are collected, partnerships are aligned, and if needed, Level 2 & 3 implementation teams are brought in.
